Dr. George Myers, IV is a native of Macon and has made his home here in Bainbridge with his lovely wife Lindsay and son, George the V who they call “Cinc”. Dr Myers says he likes the small town tight knit community feel of Bainbridge. He also likes being close to family and the beach. He enjoys the outdoor life, spending time with family, hunting and fishing. He says if he could be outside all the time, he would. Although we have plenty of outdoors, gnats, and humidity for him to relish, we are thankful to have him inside at Amelia Medical Plaza where he is currently taking new patients. Dr. Myers is a surgeon, a graduate of the Georgia campus of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his undergraduate studies at Georgia Southern. He worked at Mercy Health in Toledo, OH where he completed his five year surgical residency.
