JT is a CNA on our Med-Surg unit and has made a lasting impression since his very first shift. He consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care and customer service to every patient he encounters. Patients and coworkers alike appreciate his willingness to help with any task, no matter how big or small.
Several patients specifically shared how much they appreciated the care and dignity JT provided while assisting them with showers, shaving, and daily care needs — with one even saying he “felt like a young man again.” Moments like these are a true reflection of the compassion and pride JT brings to his work each day.
In addition to the outstanding care he provides patients, JT is also known for encouraging his coworkers and bringing laughter and positivity to the unit. His energy and heart for serving others make him such a valuable part of the MHM family.
