Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

The PTA will assist within the assigned physical therapy service area for weekend and/or vacation coverage as an integral member of the rehabilitation team in the inpatient hospital, swing/bed/SNF, Manor LTC, or outpatient rehabilitation setting. PTA will be in a weekend Inpatient and holiday coverage rotation with all staff PTAs for treatment of Inpatients, swing/bed SNF subacute rehab patients and Part A Manor patients if scheduled 6x/week.

A minimum of an Associate degree in physical therapy from an accredited school and licensed to practice as a physical therapist assistant in the State of Georgia; prefer 3-4 years’ experience in rehab inpatient or OP setting.
