
Description
Establish new service for Pelvic Health PT in Outpatient rehabilitation following all the responsibilities of physical therapists’ job description with addition to establish EB and/or best practice protocols in treating men and women with pelvic floor related dysfunction or pain. Productivity expectations to be established over the 306090 days evaluation period with supervision along with expense and revenue expectations. To establish an annual marketing plan for local and surrounding area with supervisor and Director of Development and an annual community education plan with HR Education Coordinator.
Qualifications
Doctor of or Masters in Physical Therapy. Current license, certification, or registration in the State of Georgia. Demonstrated competency in applying the principles, methods, material and equipment used in physical therapy; Ability to assess patient needs and develop/implement a comprehensive plan of care. Ability to understand departmental policies and procedures. Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements; Must maintain current CPR certification. Successful 6 wks. Internship in prominent Pelvic health PT practice with membership affiliation with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and / or state association (PTAG).
