LPN Wound Care

Provides direct and indirect resident care with the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care between shifts by understanding resident’s needs, supervising auxiliary staff and carrying out physician’s orders for a designated group of residents. Provides care to the adult population, particularly geriatric residents requiring long-term care.

High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing, current Georgia License.

Experience preferred.
