Description

The Customer Service Advocate promotes Memorial Hospitality throughout Memorial Hospital and Manor by serving as a visible, proactive resource for patients, families, and team members. This role supports a culture of exceptional service by conducting patient satisfaction rounds, assisting with customer service training, and managing the patient experience resources, such as the patient experience survey data and facilitating the Patient Experience Committee, to enhance the overall patient experience.

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, patient relations, or healthcare setting preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Work independently, maintain professionalism, and build rapport with diverse populations. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
