Description
Coordinates patient care with the scheduling of specialty services including understanding of patient insurance and comprehensive knowledge of basic medical terminology. Follows up on documentation of visits and notification to provider of status. Additional Medicaid visit approval shall also be routed in this office.
Qualifications
High School Diploma is required. Prefer college/technical training. 1-3 years in medical office setting. Working knowledge of GAMMIS and scheduling system. Insurance and Billing experience preferred.
