The Patient Access Department includes central scheduling, pre-registration, patient registration, and financial counseling. Manages and oversees the daily operations and plans for the future direction of the Patient Access Department. Coordinates scheduling and registration procedures with activities of other departments. Implements new programs and procedures to improve services, operations and efficiency, and to respond to changes within the institution, and the external environment. Establishes annual departmental goals and provides the overall direction regarding the department’s priorities and standards. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
