Description
This position is responsible for analyzing financial and operational data, developing reports and dashboards, monitoring budgets and key performance indicators, identifying cos-saving opportunities, cost-analysis, and providing leadership with actionable insights to improve financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear, meaningful way while partnering with department leaders to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience
2 + years of financial analysis, budgeting, or healthcare finance experience preferred. Experience with Power BI and ERP systems is a plus.
