Description
Responsible for the planning, development, and leadership of the day-to-day operations of assigned areas of responsibility. This includes ensuring effective and efficient operations, in accordance with the hospital’s mission, vision, and values and all regulatory requirements, establishing best practices to ensure exceptional customer service and experience, operational standardization and optimization, and integration of system initiatives. Functions as an Administrative liaison to the clinical and support departments and serves as a member of the hospitals senior management team. Will promote a culture of accountability and continued process improvement and will be a leader who is able to engage teams and help others achieve measurable results.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration or management, medical technology or other related field along with three years’ progressively responsible experience in a hospital setting is required. Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred. An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or relevant certifications will be considered.
