Proud to announce that the Georgia Hospital Association Workers’ Compensation Self-Insurance Fund presented this Platinum Safety Award to Memorial Hospital and Manor in recognition of their superior accident experience in calendar year 2024.
Their loss ratio evaluated as of March 31, 2025, for 2024, was 0.1% of their premium.
Memorial Hospital and Manor did an excellent job of achieving low accident frequency and severity. Claims were handled in a timely and efficient manner.

Bank OZK Contributes $100,000 to Memorial Hospital and Manor

Bank OZK Contributes $100,000 to Memorial Hospital and Manor in Bainbridge, Georgia For The Eighth Consecutive Year

Physician/Provider of the Year: In Loving Memory of Shay Chapman

For this year’s Physician/Provider of the Year, we felt it was only fitting to recognize the tremendous loss we as well as our community experienced last year. In August 2024, Shay Chapman, a dedicated, well-loved, and deeply respected provider at Amelia Medical Plaza, departed from our organization and this world far too soon. Shay will always be remembered for the beautiful spirit she was, the care she gave so selflessly, and the profound impact she had on those around her. Her legacy of compassion, kindness, and excellence continues to inspire us each day. Gone but never forgotten.
