Staff Accountant

This role plays a critical part in supporting the financial operations of the hospital by managing payroll processing, maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Understanding of GAAP and payroll regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

3 years accounting experience preferred; Payroll experience strongly preferred.
