Cost Accountant

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate cost information, supporting cash controls, assisting with month-end close, and performing cost-related analysis to help leadership make informed operational decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Understanding of GAAP and payroll regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

3 years accounting experience preferred; payroll experience strongly preferred.
