The RN Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality and appropriateness of care for adults, particularly geriatric residents requiring long term care.
Qualifications
Registered nurse with current Georgia License. Two to five years nursing experience preferred. Demonstrated competence in the skills of Nursing Care and leadership.
