Description
In service to Memorial Hospital and Manor Strategic Plan and the annual Memorial Hospital Quality Assurance and Improvement (QAPI) Plan, the Quality Compliance Coordinator helps plan, develop, implement, monitor and improve the compliance programs throughout the facility to ultimately improve the quality of care at Memorial Hospital and Manor.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or in a healthcare related field preferred.
Experience
2 years of experience in healthcare accreditation preferred. 2 years of experience in patient activities in a hospital setting preferred. 2 years of experience in quality improvement, performance improvement or program management preferred. 2 years of experience in project management preferred. Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodology preferred.
