Phlebotomist

Obtains/prepares blood specimens for analysis. Maintains accurate and orderly records according to established departmental and hospital policy. Performs other duties as instructed by supvs. Performs phlebotomy procedures on all ages of patients. Will perform waived point of care testing.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Certified in Phlebotomy.

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience.
