Pharmacy
Description
Interprets physician prescriptions and medication orders; acts as a drug information resource to patients, medical/nursing staff, and ancillary department personnel; and compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals for patient care by performing the related duties. This position reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree is required. Doctorate of Pharmacy degree is preferred. Graduate of a School of Pharmacy is required. Current Georgia Pharmacist license is required.
Experience
Previous pharmacy experience is preferred.
