Manages, establishes, coordinates, maintains, and administers all matters concerning the organization’s employees including: employee benefits and compensation; wage and salary administration; budgeting and payroll administration; job descriptions/evaluations; and HR policies and procedures. Oversees and ensures compliance with employment, recruitment, termination, worker’s compensation, employee health, tuition reimbursement and scholarship, youth and apprentice students, clinical students, and information management. Supervises, coordinates, and trains the HR Team. Manages the daily operation of the Human Resources Department. This position reports directly to the CEO.
