Director of Rehabilitation

The Director of Rehabilitation Services is responsible for the overall operation of the Rehabilitation Department. This position ensures the quality of patient care delivery throughout Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services provided by the Department. The Director of Rehab acts as a liaison with all hospital departments and administration for integration of overall patient care services, operations, and customer satisfaction. The Director provides leadership and professional growth opportunities for all staff. The Director of Rehab is responsible for the financial planning, budget preparation, and operational success of the department. The Director of Rehab services functions in accordance with their State Practice Act.

Bachelor, Master or Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy; Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology; Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant; Current license in the State of Georgia.

At least five (5) years’ experience as a clinician in an inpatient or outpatient rehab program; Prior leadership experience preferred.
