Prepare and serve meals per menu, clean and store serving and cooking utensils, clean kitchen and dining room areas. Prepare and serve snacks and foods for special events. Maintain food items, prepare grocery list and/or shop for groceries if assigned.
Safe food certification, or show knowledge of safe-food practices. CPR and First aid must be obtained within 60 days or employment. Current driving license and clean driving record required. Must pass all facility required testing and training within the first 60-90 days. Maintain 24-hr of continuing education annually.
