Card Clerk

Writes diet cards according to diet sheets from Nursing Dept. Receives and records diet orders in cardex. Prepares snacks for patients and residents. Distributes, collects, and tabulates select menus.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

One (1) year experience in quantity food production preferred.
