Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail, ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficient in using computers, scanners, scheduling systems, and EMR software. Familiar with medical terminology (a plus)
Experience
Previous medical office, scheduling, or call center experience (preferred).
