Welcome to Memorial Hospital and Manor's "Employee Corner." This section of our website was designed with our employees in mind and offers news and information regarding employment, benefits, forms, awards, and other news of interest to our employees.
The employees of Memorial Hospital and Manor are our greatest asset and we strive to show our apprecation for their committment to "Excellence in Service" in a variety of ways. We offer a competitive benefits and compensation package, a tuition reimbursement program, an in-house employee educational program, in-house transfers and promotions, an annual awards picnic, a chance for employees to nominate their peers for awards, an employee website, and recognition for employee birthdays and employment anniversaries. We also encourage and support a work environment consisting of teamwork and support where our employees can feel confident and secure while completing their work each day. Our PRIDE (Peer Recognition Initiative for Dedication to Excellence) program is a means for employees to show appreciation to their co-workers for making extra efforts outside their normal duties.
This facility also provides its employees with a Human Resources Department that can assist them with anything employment related. The Human Resources Department is located in the buidling between the Hospital and Manor next to Materials Management and can be reached Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m at 229-243-6161 or via email at hr@mh-m.org.
