How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in employment with Memorial Hospital and Manor. At Memorial Hospital and Manor, we strive to set the standard for medical excellence in our community and to be the first choice for health care services. Without our dedicated employees, our commitment of care to our community could not be achieved. You are invited to apply for any open positions listed online for which you believe you are qualified. You may submit your application online or print a printable application form, and mail or fax it to the Human Resources Department. You may prefer to complete an application for employment by visiting our Human Resources Department at 1500 East Shotwell Street in Bainbridge, Georgia. Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Applying Online

Step 1 - Register for a Memorial Hospital and Manor web site account

  1. You will need a valid email address to fill out an online application.
  2. If you do not have an email address you can get one for free at www.yahoo.com or www.msn.com (click on the "hotmail" box).
  3. All application correspondence will go to the email address that you provide when you register.
  4. If you have not yet registered, please click here to register before you apply online below.

Step 2 - Fill out an online application

  1. Answer every question completely.
  2. Required questions will be highlighted in red.
  3. When you click the submit button at the bottom of each page, you may be taken back to the page you were just on to correct your answers. These questions will be highlighted in red. Correct these questions, then hit submit.
  4. If you do not answer a required question, you will not be able to continue on with the application.
  5. If you begin the application and are unable to finish, your data will be saved for you.

Step 3 - Choose Jobs

  1. Once you have completed the online application, you can log in and choose jobs for which you would like to apply.
  2. Jobs that you have applied for will show up at the top of the screen.
  3. Once you have applied for a job, there is no need to apply for it again, your application will be permanently associated with that particular job.
